Religion and Politics are two life pursuits that serve as a "playground" for the self-serving nature.

  1. Political Tactic: Liberal politicians, especially, know 2 things.
    1) Most people listen to those who appeal to their self-serving nature.
    2) Most people ignore news outlets that don't "tickle their ears".
Therefore, they lie about themselves and their opponents knowing few will search for the truth.

  2. Anyone's religious beliefs are revealed primarily by actions done in secret. Going to a "place of worship" or claiming to have certain religious beliefs proves nothing. Most likely, the louder the claims the weaker the beliefs with fewer secret actions.

  3. We are told to be tolerant, which is essentially not caring one way or the other. Consider the tolerance of Jesus: Matt 7:13-14.

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Tolerance makes a very wide gate:

  4. Man has spent decades and used the latest technologies to produce artifical limbs. Ask any user of an artifical limb if they would prefer the original over the substitute; and they will say the original. Yet atheists claim the original occurred through some unthinking process. Where does the atheist put Man's intellect when they claim an unthinking process did better than all of Man's intellect? Obviously, their self-serving blindness is an unthinking process also.

  5. In considering Liberal/Progressive and Conservative ideologies, which one depends more on low income, low motivated, uninformed voters to maintain their political power? You know the answer! Now isn't it true that any living entity will work to maintain and/or create the environment conducive to their desired outcomes. Therefore, political policies will be designed to appear to help their supporters while creating an environment that produces more of the same without improving their existing supporters' self-reliance.

  6. Why is one group's terrorist another group's hero? When you find the answer, you recognize that both groups share a common enemy.

  7. Why is an ideology that relies on division and appeals to the self-serving nature of the divided able to accomplish many of their goals? It is because their targeted groups also consist of individuals blinded by their self-serving nature.

  8. There is only one, best path to the strongest version of Society. Why, then, are there so many different paths being promoted by politicians, groups, and organization for our Society?
